DGCA grounds AI plane as it reports pressure loss
In another incident from technical damage on the passenger aircraft, the Air India Dubai-Cochin flight on Thursday was transferred to Mumbai after its captain reported loss of pressure, and landed safely.
According to the Director of the Aviation Regulator General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), two officials have been assigned the task of conducting initial investigations at the Boeing 787 Flight AI 934.
A senior DGCA official said that the flight had been grounded and the regulator did not enter the flight crew.A number of flights have been diverted because of several technical obstacles on Indian parent aircraft over the past few days. Sumber said that the Minister of Civil Aviation Jyotiraditya Scindia on Monday told each airline to take all the necessary steps needed to improve safety supervision.
